On 11. October 2015 this year's Wild Waters Run took place along the theme trail Wild Waters. In the ladies competition last year's runner-up Michaela Schwarzenbacher took the title, while in the men's competition last year's winner Simon Steiner set a new record time.

In total 17 women and 45 men accepted the challenge set by the running club Schladming. The final results also show an increasing professionalism among the top ranks: 5 men undercut a time of 1 hour and 10 minutes while another 10 undercut the mark of 1 hour and 20 minutes.
At this fell running event the athletes run over 14 kilometers and 610 m difference in altitude from Schladming to Gfölleralm at Lake Riesach.
