The suspension bridge of the Alpine Trail Höll is OPEN again. After the construction works necessary after more than 10 years of operation, the bridge is now open for the public again.
Following subsantial maintenance works the Alpine Trail Höll is open for the public from today, 6. July 2018. The reconstruction of the suspension bridge will need some more time - about 3 more weeks are expected. The bridge therefore remains closed.
Due to extensive improvement and restoration works the Alpine Trail "Höllschlucht" is closed at the moment.
Talbachklamm is a great area for a walk also in winter time. The trail is maintained the whole year and also illuminated in the evening.
The suspension bridge over Höll canyon in Untertal valley near Schladming is closed at the moment due to overhauling and repair works.
By decision of the municipal council of Schladming a change in parking fees is in effect in Untertal, starting with summer 2017. Also new: a user fee for the alpine trail "Höllschlucht".
Hiking season 2016 is over and thus the alpine trail through Höll gorge is closed for security reasons. The municipality of Schladming, the tourist office and the landowners thank for the numerous visits and are looking forward to the opening next spring and your visit next summer season!
2016 saw the 8th edition of the Wild Waters Run - organised by Laufclub Schladming.
10 years ago, on 29. June 2006, the centerpiece of the theme trail Wild Waters was officially opened for the public: the alpine trail through "Höll" gorge.
The theme trail Wild Waters and the water trails Wild Waters are ready for the summer. The huts and mountain inns are already open and in spring the creeks and waterfalls overflow with snowmelt and are especially impressive.
